Firstly boil the spaghetti according to package direction.After boiling drain it in a bowl .Toss the pasta with one tablespoon olive oil. Take a large medium deep pan or pot put olive oil 1-2 table spoon add bacon when it is slightly crisp remove it on a paper towel after that take some bacon fat I table spoon olive oil and heat it in same pan add chopped onions when it lightly brown add garlic the cooked bacon, salt and ground blackpepper as per your taste add 4 beaten eggs in same pot  quickly.   • 400 gm lasagna
  • Ground beef800gm
  • Sweet Italian sausage
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Minced tomatoes1 can or 1- 2 CUP

  • 1cup water
  • 1 Egg
  • Tomato Paste 2 cans OR 3 cups
  • Fennel seeds 3-4 pinch
  • Dried basil leaves 1 teaspoon

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Ricotta cheese 13 ounces
  • Mozzarella cheese 5-6 slices

How To Cook

Firstly boil the noodles according to package instructions. Cook the ground beef  Italian sweet sausages onion garlic until brown .Now add tomato paste, minced tomatoes and tomato sauce and water stir it well now add sugar , fennel seeds, basil leaves Italian ,salt  and black pepper as per your  taste and 2-3 tablespoon parsley .Covered it for about 75 to 82 min check and stir occasionally .

Combine ricotta cheese egg, parsley 1 tablespoon mix it well after that preheat oven to 150 degree centigrade.  Take  a baking dish   put meat mixture and spread 6 noodles lengthwise over meat sauce then put  ricotta cheese mixture over it and put some mozzarella cheese slices over the layer spread again some meat sauce layer over it  sprinkle parmesan cheese over it .Repeat the layers  with same procedure.   • Cheddar cheese 1-2 cup
  • Milk 1.5 cup
  • Butter 250gm
  • Elbow macaroni 200gm
  • All purpose flour2 table spoon
  • Cream cheese I small cup

  • Paprika powder 1-3 pinch

How to cook

Boil macaroni according to package instructions. Put butter in deep pan when butter seems to melt add flour to make a paste add milk stir it well. Now add cream cheese, salt and pepper.When sauce is thickened remove from heat.Put the boiled macaroni in baking dish. Spread all the cooked  sauce over macaroni and cheese, then take a pan put some butter when it melts add bread crumbs heat it until brown . Now put all the butter with browned bread crumbs over macaroni and cheese sprinkle 2 pinches of paprika powder and chopped parsley .Bake for about 25   min at 170 degree centigrade.   • Salt as per taste
  • Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon as per taste
  • Spaghetti 450gm
  • 2 -3 Egg plants or birinjal
  • Oregano ½ teaspoon dried
  • Garlic cloves 4 chopped
  • Fresh basil leaves 2 cups finely chopped
  • 2 cans of plum tomatoes chopped
  • Parmesan cheese or ricotta cheese 1cup grated

How To Cook

Firstly cut the egg plants into halves   remove the seeds and cut into finger size pieces. Take a pan adds some olive oil and fry the pieces of eggplant until it golden browned on both sides sprinkle some dried oregano. Remove the fried pieces from the pan and put the remaining pieces of eggplants fry them with same way  when all the eggplants fried put the already  fried pieces into same pan  add garlic red chili salt ,cans of tomatoes and   olive oil if seems to be needed . Simmer for about 10 – 12mins so all the vegetables have softened and all the juices combined together add 1.5 cup chopped basil leavesinto a sauce and mix it nicely. Put the boiled pasta  into a  sauce toss it nicely take it out in plate with more sauce on the top and put  some  grated parmesan cheese and remaining   basil leaves  over the top .
